Lieu : CHSLD VAL D'OR – Val-d'Or Milieu : DPSAPA Période d'affectation : Du 19 Octobre 2026 au 31 Mars 2027 Horaire Quart : jour / soir / nuit (Temps complet – Le besoin peut changer) Exigences Membre en règle de l'OIIQ CV à jour Doit détenir de l'expérience dans le milieu. Principales responsabilités Assurer les soins infirmiers et le suivi clinique requis auprès d'une clientèle en hébergement (CHSLD) Évaluer l'état de santé des résidents et ajuster les plans de soins personnalisés Collaborer avec l'équipe interdisciplinaire afin d'offrir des soins sécuritaires, préventifs et adaptés Assurer une documentation clinique complète, rigoureuse et conforme aux normes du milieu Avantages Hébergement offert sur place selon les disponibilités (proposé à l'interne) Un déplacement aller-retour remboursé par mois Intéressé(e) ?
