OFFRE DE MANDAT – INFIRMIER(ÈRE) – SOINS À DOMICILE (SAD) Services SFT est actuellement à la recherche d'un(e) Infirmier(ère) pour un mandat au sein du service de soins à domicile (SAD) Avignon–Matapédia. Période du mandat : Du 22 juin au 22 septembre 2026 Horaire : Temps complet – 37,5 heures par semaine Quarts : Jour avec garde soir/nuit (environ 15 gardes par mois) Principales responsabilités : • Suivi de la clientèle en soins à domicile • Soins palliatifs et de fin de vie • Garde infirmière soir/nuit pour les usagers en RI, RPA et ceux recevant une antibiothérapie intraveineuse à domicile Exigences : • Minimum d'une année d'expérience en soins à domicile (SAD) • Membre en règle de l'OIIQ • DEC en soins infirmiers • Permis de conduire valide • Certification RCR à jour • Plumitif Intéressé(e) ? Requirements

Requires a DEC in nursing, a valid OIIQ membership, and at least one year of experience in home care. Must possess a valid driver's license, up-to-date CPR certification, and a clean criminal record.
