Oversee daily trim and doors shop operations by coordinating workflow, assigning tasks, monitoring production, and ensuring orders meet deadlines and quality standards. Supervise and mentor staff, enforce safety procedures, manage inventory, maintain an organized work environment, and coordinate with management and builders to resolve production, scheduling, and quality issues.
