Position: Remote Hotel Reservations & Guest Sales Specialist Location: Remote Employment Type: Full-Time Compensation: Base Pay + Uncapped Sales Commissions Minimum wage hourly (as low as $7.25/hour depending on the state), with the potential to earn around $20-$30/hour total based on performance. About The Company Our client, owns and manage a growing portfolio of unique boutique hotels across the United States. They currently oversee 6 boutique properties with 2 additional locations closing soon. Our client is actively building a world-class, centralized reservations team dedicated to delivering unforgettable guest experiences while driving commercial performance through thoughtful, value-add upselling. About The Role As a Remote Hotel Reservations & Guest Sales Specialist, you will serve as the primary voice and first point of contact for guests calling our boutique hotel portfolio. Balancing premium customer service with consultative sales, you will guide guests through their booking journey, answer stay-related inquiries, and proactively recommend curated upgrades and add-on experiences that elevate their stay. This role is ideal for a persuasive, service-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to maximize their earning potential through performance commissions. Key Responsibilities Inbound Reservations & Inquiries: Handle inbound calls across our entire boutique portfolio, assisting guests with new bookings, modifications, and general inquiries with warmth and efficiency. Revenue Generation & Upselling: Proactively present and sell high-value add-ons, amenities, and packages to meet and exceed monthly sales targets. Upsell Offerings Include: Early Check-In, Late Check-Out, Premium Room Upgrades, Wine & Champagne Packages, Romance Packages, and Special Occasion amenities. Guest Experience & Support: Provide top-tier pre-arrival and active-stay customer support, addressing guest concerns professionally and ensuring complete satisfaction. Operational Accuracy: Maintain precise reservation details, guest preferences, and records in our property systems while collaborating closely with hotel management teams. Qualifications & Skills Minimum Requirements Communication: Native/fluent English with exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Environment: Quiet home office workspace equipped with a reliable, high-speed internet connection. Attributes: Self-motivated, energetic, detail-oriented, and highly comfortable conducting phone sales throughout the day. Availability: Full-time schedule with flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required by hotel booking volume. Preferred Experience Prior experience in hotel/hospitality, call center operations, or telephone sales. Proven track record in upselling, conversion, or performance-driven sales. Familiarity with hotel reservation systems (PMS) or CRMs (full training provided). Compensation & Benefits Earning Potential: Base Pay (Minimum Wage) + Uncapped Sales Commissions.
