Role Description The Marketing Lead is a full-time, remote role responsible for developing and executing Somi AI’s overall marketing strategy. Day-to-day tasks include defining positioning and messaging, leading campaign planning, and coordinating digital marketing initiatives across channels such as email, social media, and content marketing. The role involves conducting market and competitor research, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating with product, sales, and customer success teams to align marketing efforts. The Marketing Lead will track performance metrics, optimize campaigns based on data, and manage the marketing calendar and budget. This role also includes developing brand assets, supporting sales enablement materials, and ensuring a consistent, engaging brand presence across all touchpoints. Qualifications Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences. Demonstrated experience in Market Research, including analyzing customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities. Background in Marketing Strategy, with experience planning and executing integrated campaigns and growth initiatives. Understanding of Sales processes and collaboration with sales teams to develop marketing materials and support revenue goals. Customer Service mindset, with a focus on building trust, gathering feedback, and improving the customer journey. Experience with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., CRM systems, marketing automation, social media management, web analytics). Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Prior experience in tech or AI-driven products is a plus, as is familiarity with startup or high-growth environments.
