Known for its exceptional cross-border capabilities, the team advises multinational corporates, private equity sponsors and institutional investors on sophisticated domestic and international transactions. You'll gain exposure to mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments and buyouts, joint ventures and other strategic corporate matters, working closely with colleagues across major financial centres from the outset. Requirements Approximately 2 years of experience in Corporate M&A gained at a leading Canadian or international law firm. Canadian bar admission (or eligibility to practise in Canada). Strong academic credentials. A genuine interest in cross-border transactions and private equity work. Candidates should have approximately 2 years of experience in Corporate M&A from a leading law firm and must be admitted to the Canadian bar. A strong academic background and interest in cross-border transactions are also required.
