Major Responsibilities: Provide support to contractor customers at the counter, by phone or email to satisfy product/material needs Responsible for handling customer service requests which include order picking, order entry, pricing, order maintenance etc. Assist and support sales team with customer orders and requests Handle product-related problems, such as defective products and returns Maintain stock/product levels in the counter area Responsible for carrying out any other duties assigned by management Skills and Qualifications: 2-4 years experience working in the electrical industry or equivalent knowledge High level of accuracy and attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills and professional phone manner Able to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to lift up to 50lbs Minimum one year of Warehouse experience Must be willing to be forklift trained Benefits & Perks We offer a competitive salary, plus a full set of benefits, including: Flexible benefits program allowing you to choose from options that best fit you and your dependents’ needs. Requires 2-4 years of experience in the electrical industry or equivalent knowledge and at least one year of warehouse experience. Candidates must possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lift up to 50lbs.
