The primary functions of the candidate would be to drive the “mid-funnel” from a specifications point of view. Analyze Soprema’s specification position in key regional databases, determine viability or a project or opportunity, and assign activities either up-funnel to the architectural team for our position in the future, or push activities down-funnel in attempt to drive sales opportunities. The candidate will play an active role in submitting alternate to key specifiers as well as supporting data excellence in Salesforce. THE CHALLENGES WE HAVE FOR YOU Monitor specified “won” projects in Salesforce and ensure these get directed down-funnel for our sales representatives; Mine key regional databases for projects with Soprema in the specification and direct down-funnel tasks in attempt to capture the sale; Monitor regional databases for competitive products and direct activities both up and down-funnel to improve our future position and, when approved as alternate, task our sales representatives in attempts to win incremental sales opportunities; Submit alternate to key specifiers on winnable projects; Assist in managing projects with our sales and architectural teams in CRM software; Assist sales manager and local sales team with various sales reporting and analysis; Pursue data excellence by supporting our teams in Salesforce Monitor CRM inputs from other channels to maximize the future potential for success for Soprema Contribute to the evolution of the position held; Perform all other related duties at the request of his/her immediate supervisor. THE SKILLS WE ARE LOOKING FOR Your Education : College certificate in sales and or administration or equivalent experience 1 to 3 years of experience relevant to the field of employment will be considered Your knowledge : Good command of computer tools (Office Suite, Excel, Word, Salesforce ...); Bilingual (English – French), an asset but not mandatory Your skills and attitude : Excellent customer service skills; Excellent written and oral communication skills; Dynamism, organization and management of priorities; Appreciate teamwork; Open-mindedness, adaptability. Work Conditions : 40-hour work schedule per week
