In this position, you will have the opportunity to : Finish castings by grinding them according to instructions Operate various production machines and perform certain manual operations to prepare molds for casting Feed raw materials to furnaces and pour liquid cast iron into molds Check the quality of castings and perform various tasks Permanent full-time position Shift: day or/and evening shifts (5x8h Monday to Friday) Salary: $28.17 upon hiring and $31.58 after 1 year Shift premium: $2.25/hr evening shift Can you see yourself in this position? What you’ll do

As a Foundry Operator, you will finish castings by grinding them, operate production machines, and prepare molds for casting. You will also check the quality of castings and perform various tasks related to the manufacturing process.

Requirements

Experience in a manufacturing environment is considered an asset. Physical fitness and the ability to work as part of a team are essential qualities for success in this role.
