Leverage Difference • Be Accountable • Passion for Innovation • Cultivate Agile Collaboration POSITION SCOPE Reporting to Elevator Manager, the Elevator Administrator is responsible for providing customer service and relations to growers and producers and to provide administrative office support to the Elevator Manager and other personnel. RESPONSIBILITIES • Develop customer relationships • Purchase order receiving in PeopleSoft • Ticket entry/settling procedures • Data entry • Manage daily/weekly grain databases/charts for distribution to managers • Gather all freight invoices for distribution and payment to head office • Other admin duties as assigned SKILLS & EXPERIENCE • Computer skills (Microsoft Office) • Basic math skills • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work under pressure and multi-task • Organizational skills • Quick typing skills EDUCATION Minimum Grade 12 COMPENSATION An attractive compensation and benefits package will be provided.
