We specialize in *commercial, multi-family, and retrofit projects*?so the work stays interesting and challenging. *What You?ll Be Doing:* * Installing, servicing, and troubleshooting HVAC systems * Working on commercial and multi-family sites, including retrofits * Diagnosing issues and fixing them right the first time * Communicating with clients and site contacts clearly and professionally * Handling emergency service calls when needed * Pitching in on other mechanical work (plumbing, gas, sheet metal) when required *What We?re Looking For:* * 3rd Year Apprentice or Journeyperson in Refrigeration/HVAC * Experience with commercial HVAC systems and retrofit work * Someone reliable, motivated, and easy to work with * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail * Good attitude and solid customer service skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Valid driver?s license *What You Get:* * Competitive pay (we?ll pay for the right person) Journeyperson rate of $50.00 ? 63.50 * Steady, full-time work * Benefits after 3 months (health, dental, vision, life, disability, EAP) * Company events + a laid-back crew * Casual dress * Fair on-call rotation *Schedule:* * Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts * On-call rotation * Occasional weekend work Pay: $50.00-$63.50 per hour Benefits: * Company events * Dental care * Extended health care * Life insurance * Vision care Application question(s): * Are legally entitled to work in Canada?
