We are currently seeking and have an immediate opening for a qualified and motivated individual to fill the position of Shipper/Receiver based out of Sudbury, ON location (1300 Lorne Street, Sudbury, ON, P3C 5N1). RESPONSIBILITIES Receive and process incoming shipments accurately and on time Verify products are correctly identified, labeled, and undamaged in accordance with company procedures; report receiving discrepancies Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery or customer pickup Move inventory to designated storage and put-away areas efficiently Coordinate and schedule incoming shipments to support smooth warehouse operations Safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts Assist with scheduled physical inventory counts Provide back up support to Counter & Inside Sales staff Perform other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS 1 or more years of experience in a warehouse setting, preferably an industrial setting Experience with hand tools and warehouse equipment (pallet jack, forklifts, etc) strongly preferred Capable of following written instructions and documented procedures Accuracy and attention to detail Proactive approach to all tasks Strong written and verbal communications skills Effective time management and punctuality Superior organizational skills Team player who is ready and willing to jump in to support Basic level or higher knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Excel) In accordance with the provincial wage transparency requirements, the expected hourly wage for this position is $21 to $23 per hour (or more) depending on relevant experience, technical competencies, certifications, etc. In addition, all permanent & full-time associates are eligible for additional benefits, including but not limited to: Medical, Dental, Vision, STD/LTD/AD&D, Life Insurance, RRSP Matching, Pro-rated Vacation Entitlement, Paid Statutory Holidays, Employee Assistance, etc Unveiling Your Perks: Secure your place in our dynamic, permanent team, where long-term growth meets everyday impact.
