Job Title: Sahara Operator - Experienced Location: Grande Prairie, AB What You’ll Be Doing: * Effectively and safely operating the Sahara units and associated equipment * Assisting in proper set-up and take-down procedures for all parts of unit pre- and post-transport of the unit * Ensuring proper maintenance and effective operation of Sahara plant on location * Monitoring input and outflow of material to and from Sahara plant; guiding supply drivers in offload * Effectively working in a team environment and with other services on location * Working a rotation of 15 days on and 6 days off * This role reports to the Field Manager Who We’re Looking For: * Previous experience working as a Frac Operator or similar position * Experience in an oilfield or construction environment requiring strict adherence to operational procedural and provincial safety standards * Able to pass pre-employment and ongoing drug, alcohol and fit suitability testing * Possess a valid Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no suspensions). This must be presented as part of the application process. What Will Help You Succeed: * A mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn * Hard-working, self-motivated attitude * Adaptability * Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to work with different personalities * Standard First Aid, H2S and CSO certifications are not required, but are considered an asset Dollars & Cents: * Potential to earn $70,000 to $100,000 per year * Meals are paid for by Source while on-shift * Boot reimbursement * Paid vacation time * Health & Dental benefits * RRSP program * Monthly bonus program * Referral bonus program ABOUT SOURCE ENERGY SERVICES: Source Energy Services is a company that focuses on the integrated production and distribution of frac sand, as well as the distribution of other bulk completion materials not produced by Source. Source provides its customers with an end-to-end solution for frac sand supported by its Wisconsin and Peace River mines and processing facilities, its Western Canadian terminal network and its “last mile” logistics capabilities, including its trucking operations, and Sahara, a proprietary well site mobile sand storage and handling system. Source’s full-service approach allows customers to rely on its logistics platform to increase reliability of supply and to ensure the timely delivery of frac sand and other bulk completion materials at the well site. Requirements

Candidates must have previous experience as a Frac Operator or in a similar oilfield/construction role with a focus on safety standards. A valid Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean record and the ability to pass drug and alcohol testing are mandatory.
