Design and deliver learning programs, onboarding, leadership development, and other talent initiatives, using needs assessments and learning data to improve workforce capability and engagement. Develop succession plans and individual development pathways, advise Team Members and leaders on career growth, and collaborate on training budgets, programs, and implementation.
