Gather, analyze, and document stakeholder requirements, translating them into functional specifications, user stories, process models, and acceptance criteria. Analyze business data, create reports and dashboards, support UAT and Agile delivery, manage documentation and requirement changes, and identify process improvements.

Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders. Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions. Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and Business Requirement Specifications. Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories. Perform gap analysis, impact analysis, and root cause analysis. Create process flows, workflow diagrams, use cases, and business process models. Work closely with developers, QA teams, product owners, and project managers. Write SQL queries to extract, validate, and analyze business data. Prepare reports, dashboards, and business insights using Excel and Power BI. Define acceptance criteria and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Track project progress, manage requirement changes, and maintain documentation. Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews. Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency. Preferred Skills Experience with business process reengineering and workflow optimization. Knowledge of SDLC and software development methodologies. Familiarity with tools such as Confluence, Visio, Tableau, and Microsoft Project. Experience in data analysis, KPI reporting, and dashboard development. Understanding of APIs and system integrations. Domain knowledge in banking, finance, insurance, healthcare, retail, or IT services.
