Key Responsibilities Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources. Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau. Write SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data. Identify trends, patterns, and key business performance indicators (KPIs). Work with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements. Create automated reports to improve reporting efficiency. Perform data validation and troubleshoot discrepancies. Prepare business performance reports and analytical presentations. Collaborate with business, finance, sales, marketing, and operations teams. Translate business requirements into technical reporting solutions. Maintain documentation for dashboards, reports, and data models. Recommend improvements based on data-driven insights. Required Technical Skills SQL: Joins, subqueries, CTEs, aggregate functions, window functions, and data extraction. Power BI: Interactive dashboards, Power Query, DAX, data modeling, and visualization. Microsoft Excel: PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, charts, formulas, and data cleaning. Data Visualization: Ability to present complex data through clear charts and dashboards. Data Analysis: Trend analysis, variance analysis, KPI tracking, and root-cause analysis. ETL and Data Warehousing: Basic understanding of data extraction, transformation, loading, and warehouse concepts. Statistics: Basic descriptive statistics, averages, percentages, distributions, and correlation. Communication: Ability to explain findings and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Skills Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or other BI platforms. Knowledge of Python for data analysis. Familiarity with cloud data platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud. Understanding of business processes and performance metrics. Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and access controls.
