Roles and Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI. Connect Power BI to multiple data sources, including SQL databases, Excel, and cloud platforms. Develop data models and establish relationships between datasets. Write and optimize DAX measures, calculated columns, and KPIs. Perform data cleaning, transformation, and integration using Power Query. Create meaningful visualizations to support business decision-making. Optimize report performance and improve dashboard loading speed. Implement Row-Level Security (RLS) and data access controls. Collaborate with business analysts, data engineers, and stakeholders. Gather business requirements and translate them into analytical reports. Publish, schedule, and manage reports using Power BI Service. Maintain data accuracy, consistency, and reporting standards. Required Technical Skills Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service. Good knowledge of DAX (Data Analysis Expressions). Strong understanding of Power Query and M language. Proficiency in SQL and database querying. Experience in data modeling and relationship management. Knowledge of interactive dashboards and data visualization. Understanding of KPIs, business metrics, and reporting. Experience connecting multiple data sources. Knowledge of Excel, including Pivot Tables and advanced formulas. Understanding of ETL processes and data transformation. Preferred Skills Experience with Microsoft Azure. Knowledge of Azure Data Factory. Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric. Knowledge of Python for data analysis. Experience with Snowflake or Databricks. Understanding of data warehousing concepts. Familiarity with Tableau or other BI tools. Knowledge of Git and version control. Required Soft Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent attention to detail. Good communication and presentation skills. Ability to understand business requirements. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Preferred qualifications include experience with Azure, Azure Data Factory, Microsoft Fabric, Python, Snowflake or Databricks, data warehousing, other BI tools, and Git; strong analytical, communication, collaboration, and organizational skills are also required.
