Roles and Responsibilities Develop, test, and maintain applications using Python. Write clean, reusable, efficient, and maintainable code. Develop backend services and REST APIs using Django, Flask, or FastAPI. Work with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB. Integrate third-party APIs and external services. Debug applications, troubleshoot issues, and improve performance. Write unit tests and perform application testing. Collaborate with frontend developers, QA engineers, and other team members. Use Git and GitHub for version control and collaboration. Participate in code reviews and technical discussions. Document application functionality and development processes. Follow software development best practices and coding standards. Required Technical Skills Programming: Python fundamentals, OOP concepts, data structures. Frameworks: Django, Flask, or FastAPI. Database: MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB. API Development: REST APIs, JSON, HTTP methods. ORM: Django ORM or SQLAlchemy. Version Control: Git and GitHub. Testing: Pytest or unittest. Web Technologies: HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript are beneficial. Development Tools: VS Code, PyCharm, Postman. Deployment: Basic knowledge of Linux, Docker, and cloud platforms is an advantage.
