Position Summary We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team and contribute to our growth. The Sales Development Representative (B2B Outbound) at Spartakus is responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective customers through proactive outreach. This role works closely with the sales and marketing teams to build a strong pipeline and create meaningful first connections with potential clients. Responsibilities Outbound Outreach: Initiate phone and email outreach to prospects Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings and demonstrations with qualified leads. Lead Qualification: Identify and qualify potential leads to build a strong sales pipeline. Sales Handoff: Prepare notes and insights to support the sales executive team's follow-up and closing. CRM Management: Manage and report on sales sequences using our CRM tools. Script Development: Assist in creating and refining outreach scripts and sales documents Required skills Proven track record in B2B sales and appointment setting. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Confident and persuasive speaker with a results-driven mindset. Ability to quickly grasp new concepts and adapt to changing environments.
