Role Description This is a part-time Independent Contractor, on-site Registered Massage Therapy role located in Angus, ON. The massage therapist will conduct thorough client consultations, review health histories, and develop individualized treatment plans based on client needs and goals. Daily responsibilities include performing a range of massage treatments, maintaining accurate treatment records, and educating clients on self-care and follow-up care. The therapist will ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment environment, adhere to professional and regulatory standards, and collaborate with spa staff to support scheduling, client communication, and overall service quality. Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in Therapeutic Massage and Body Massage, providing both relaxation and targeted pain or tension relief. Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) designation in good standing with the appropriate regulatory college or association in Ontario. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build trust and maintain professional boundaries. Compensation : Competitive with 100% gratuities goes to RMT.
