This is a strong opportunity for brand visibility and patient engagement. This clinic operates in a fully fitted, professionally designed space with one exam room and pre-test room. The Specsavers retail store is owned and managed by experienced optician, Cindy Butt. The team of trained eyecare consultants at the store welcome and guide your patients through pre-testing. The Lead Optometrist will establish and lead their own clinic, providing clinical excellence and shaping the patient experience. They will have the autonomy to grow their practice and build a team while receiving support from Specsavers.

Candidates must be registered optometrists in Newfoundland & Labrador with an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for leadership. They should be motivated to grow a practice and work towards greater independence and ownership.
