Working hours: 9-5, M-F Pay Rate: $40.00/hr Position Overview: The Client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Campaign Development Specialist (Contractor) to support the execution of integrated marketing initiatives across campaigns, events, and demand generation programs. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can quickly learn new tools and processes, and enjoys turning strategy into action. Working closely with the marketing lead, this contractor will help manage campaign execution, coordinate cross-functional activities, develop and organize marketing assets, leverage AI tools to improve productivity, and support event and demand generation initiatives. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, resourceful, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining high-quality execution. Responsibilities: Execute marketing programs and campaigns based on established strategic direction. Develop, edit, and coordinate marketing communications, including emails, campaign briefs, landing page content, and supporting materials. Utilize AI-powered tools to accelerate content development, research, documentation, and operational workflows. Support demand generation initiatives through campaign setup, coordination, and execution. Assist with event marketing activities, including invitation programs, communications, promotional assets, registration support, and post-event follow-up. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure deliverables are completed on schedule. Maintain and organize campaign documentation, marketing assets, and performance reporting materials. Create and manage project plans, timelines, status updates, and execution trackers. Consolidate information from multiple marketing channels into clear, organized documentation and recommendations. Monitor campaign execution and help identify operational improvements that increase efficiency and scalability. Minimum Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in marketing coordination, marketing operations, project management, communications, or a related field. Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience supporting marketing campaigns, events, or demand generation programs. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and collaboration tools. Comfortable learning new systems, processes, and technologies quickly. Experience leveraging AI tools to improve productivity and content development. Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting B2B marketing organizations. Familiarity with email marketing platforms, CRM systems, marketing automation tools, or project management software. Understanding of paid media, campaign reporting, and marketing performance metrics. Experience coordinating webinars, events, conferences, or executive programs. Ability to translate complex information into clear documentation and actionable next steps. Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
