Job summary

Position Title: Coordinator - Insurance Operations Duration: 16 Months (Extension/Conversion possible) Schedule: Monday to Friday (onsite) Location: Toronto, Ontario Pay Rate: $23.10/hr Overview: A company with a strong Brand and strong results to match. Roles and responsibilities: Ensure timely and accurate production/processing of relevant documents/information (including report preparation). Contribute to achievement of Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and business objectives. Adhere to Company policies and performance standards. Update reports based on predefined templates regularly to ensure accurate entry. Maintain a basic understanding of the core aspects of relevant Insurance and related legislation. Must have: Bilingual in French and English. 1+ years of administrative work experience. An ability to complete similar tasks with excellent care and attention. High school diploma or equivalent.
