What You’ll Do; The Graphic Designer will be responsible for developing digital creative assets, including email campaigns, mobile and desktop web content, and performance marketing assets across digital and social media platforms. This role is primarily production-focused, requiring strong execution skills in creating and adapting creative assets across multiple channels while maintaining brand consistency. Experience with animation and video content for web and social media is considered an asset. This position also offers significant opportunities for professional growth and creative development. Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to develop creative assets and design solutions for e-commerce, performance marketing, digital campaigns, and, when required, print and other promotional materials. Develop and maintain efficient production workflows to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of all creative assets. Partner with cross-functional teams to create clean, user-focused, and visually compelling designs that align with business objectives. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while adapting to shifting priorities and evolving deadlines. Ensure all creative work consistently reflects Sporting Life's brand identity, maintaining alignment with the company's mission, vision, and overall brand strategy. Contribute to the ideation and execution of creative concepts for brand campaigns, retail activations, and seasonal marketing initiatives, ensuring ideas are innovative, on-brand, and aligned with business objectives. What You’ll Bring; 3+ years of experience in graphic/web design/production artist. Good knowledge of graphic design, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Animate (Optional). Figma is a plus. Understanding of different content types and marketing channels across a customer journey to grab attention and drive engagement. Proficiency within a Mac required. Strong understanding of the creative process, organizational skills & file management. Ability to adapt creative for French markets. I.e. Working with Translation Services to integrate supplied French and adapt creative to suit regional and language differences. Keen eye for detail, organizational skills and meticulousness. Ability to work within the constraints of a fast-paced retail marketing environment and also shift to creative, bigger picture initiatives.
