SERVICE SHOP - Service Technician

What You'll Do; As a Service Technician at Team Town Sports, you will be the expert on assessing and provide recommendations on maintenance and servicing of our customers’ equipment. You will provide advice and problem solve equipment needs, and then set up and repair. Complete Hockey equipment repairs including skate sharpening, profiling, holder and runner installation, and gear repairs. Maintain all shop equipment and service area. Provide appropriate quotes for services provided. Ensure all required documentation is complete and signed prior to releasing equipment to the customer. Stay up to date on new equipment and fitting and maintenance techniques. What You'll Bring; You are a passionate and knowledgeable about the sports we play in and the equipment we carry. The Service Technician is responsible for assessing, maintaining, and repairing sports equipment, specifically hockey gear. They must also provide expert advice to customers, manage shop equipment, and ensure all service documentation is accurately completed.

Candidates should have a passion for sports and knowledge of the equipment carried by the retailer. Previous experience in a service shop or customer service role is considered an asset.
