Role Description This full-time Client Relationship Manager role is a hybrid position based in Vancouver, BC, with a combination of in-office and work-from-home days. The Client Relationship Manager will serve as a primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries, scheduling meetings, and maintaining ongoing communication. Day-to-day tasks include supporting advisors in preparing client reports, organizing documentation, managing client onboarding, and updating client records in internal systems. The role also involves coordinating service requests, tracking follow-ups, and ensuring a high standard of client care and confidentiality. The Client Relationship Manager will collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues promptly and contribute to improvements in client service processes. Qualifications Strong client service and relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust and communicate clearly and professionally. Organizational and time-management abilities, including experience handling multiple priorities, maintaining accurate records, and meeting deadlines. Comfort with technology and office tools, such as CRM systems, financial software, and standard productivity applications (e.g., email, spreadsheets, document management).
