Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Immigration Paralegal role based in Regina, SK. The Immigration Paralegal will support lawyers in preparing and managing immigration files, including appeals and visa applications. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and organizing client information, drafting and formatting legal documents and submissions, managing deadlines and filing requirements, and maintaining accurate file records. The role also involves communicating with clients, government agencies, and other stakeholders, conducting immigration law and policy research, and assisting with case preparation and hearing materials. The paralegal will collaborate closely with the legal team to ensure files are handled efficiently and in compliance with applicable regulations.
