Review purchase orders for accurate part numbers, quantities, specifications, pricing and delivery requirements. Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to resolve product, sourcing and delivery issues. Keep customers and sales representatives informed, and proactively follow up on open quotations, inquiries and supplier commitments. Maintain accurate CRM and business-system records, including contacts, accounts, quotations, orders, supplier communications and changes. What you’ll bring 5+ years of relevant experience in technical sales support, inside sales, an order desk, technical customer service or a related role, preferably in industrial distribution, manufacturing, equipment or technical products. Working knowledge of industrial products, equipment, components and applications, with the ability to interpret technical documentation and recommend suitable products. How you work You respond promptly, take ownership of outstanding questions and maintain accuracy when priorities compete. You’re comfortable working independently, researching unfamiliar requests, asking the right questions and following through on commitments.
