Project Manager – Civil Construction Lower Mainland, BC | $110K–$130K + vehicle, benefits & RRSP Established civil and landscape contractor is seeking a Project Manager to lead municipal projects from $1M–$30M. The Role Manage 2 projects from award to close-out Own budgets, schedules, subcontractors and reporting Manage change orders, billing and contract administration Lead meetings with municipal clients and consultants Work with a dedicated Superintendent and engineering team What You Bring 3–4+ years of civil construction PM experience Municipal/public-sector project experience Strong contract administration and change order knowledge Ability to read civil drawings/specifications Valid BC Driver’s Licence Nice to Have: Sports fields, parks, active transportation or MMCD experience. Requires 3–4 or more years of civil construction project management experience, including municipal or public-sector projects, and strong contract administration and change order knowledge. Candidates must be able to read civil drawings and specifications and hold a valid BC Driver’s Licence; sports field, park, active transportation, or MMCD experience is an asset.
