Job summary
Project Manager – Construction (Victoria, BC) Lead projects from preconstruction through completion, owning schedule, budget, and execution. Work closely with internal teams, consultants, and trades to deliver high-quality projects on time and on budget. Responsibilities: • Manage full project lifecycle from kickoff to closeout • Oversee contract administration (CCDC, RFIs, submittals, change orders) • Track budgets, forecasts, progress draws, and cost control • Develop and maintain project schedules with site teams • Coordinate consultants, clients, and trade partners • Support estimating, tendering, and value engineering • Lead meetings, resolve issues, and drive project progress • Ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards are met Requirements: • 3–5 years’ experience in construction/project management • Commercial or mixed-use project exposure • Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills • Proficiency in construction software (Procore an asset) Compensation: $110,000 to $125,000
