Nous sommes à la recherche d'un Conseiller en Santé et Sécurité au Travail (SST) pour rejoindre notre équipe à Québec. Le candidat idéal possédera un minimum de 2 ans d'expérience en santé et sécurité sur les chantiers de construction. Exigences Au moins 2 ans d'expérience en santé et sécurité sur les chantiers de construction. Expérience préalable en industrie, idéalement en mécanique de bâtiment Connaissance des réglementations en matière de santé et sécurité au travail. Capacité à effectuer des évaluations de sécurité et à développer des plans d'action. Excellentes compétences en communication. Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe. Certification SST (un atout). Maîtrise la suite Office Responsabilités Principales Assurer la conformité aux normes de santé et sécurité sur les chantiers. Effectuer des inspections de sécurité et des évaluations des risques. Développer et mettre en œuvre des plans d'action pour améliorer la sécurité. Former les employés aux bonnes pratiques en matière de santé et sécurité. Répondre aux incidents et aux accidents de travail. Assurer une communication efficace en matière de SST au sein de l'organisation. Requirements
Requires at least two years of occupational health and safety experience on construction sites, with prior industry experience—ideally in building mechanics—and knowledge of workplace safety regulations. Candidates should be able to assess risks, develop action plans, communicate effectively, work independently and as part of a team, and use Microsoft Office; an occupational health and safety certification is an asset.
