Une entreprise québécoise en forte croissance, spécialisée en infrastructures souterraines et réhabilitation sans tranchée, recherche une personne d’expérience pour prendre en charge et faire évoluer sa fonction d’estimation. ⭐ Il s’agit d’un rôle stratégique, hautement autonome et directement connecté à la direction. Vous aurez la latitude pour challenger les façons de faire, améliorer les outils et contribuer directement à la sélection des projets, à la stratégie de soumission et à leur rentabilité. 🔧 VOTRE RÔLE Prendre en charge l’ensemble du processus d’estimation et de soumission. Analyser les plans, devis, appels d’offres, quantités, coûts et risques. Participer à la sélection des opportunités et à la stratégie de soumission. Gérer et optimiser les outils d’estimation, principalement sur Excel. Structurer et améliorer les processus et méthodes d’estimation. Collaborer avec les opérations pour assurer une bonne transition entre estimation et exécution des projets. Travailler directement avec le président et une petite équipe, avec une réelle influence sur les décisions. 👷 PROFIL RECHERCHÉ 8 à 10 ans d’expérience en génie civil, en estimation, gestion de projets ou une combinaison des deux. Expérience en aqueduc/égout, infrastructures municipales, excavation ou réseaux souterrains. Bonne compréhension des coûts, méthodes de construction et réalités chantier. Excellente maîtrise d’Excel. Grande autonomie, jugement et sens de l’initiative. Profil analytique, débrouillard et orienté solutions. 🚀 POURQUOI CE RÔLE?
