Job summary
Location: Basildon, Essex Salary £12.71 per hour Shift Pattern: 12 hour shifts (days and nights) Zero Hour Contract We are looking to recruit a Security Officer to join our WorkChoice team who will contribute towards the continuous delivery of the St Andrew Healthcare’s security service. You will be responsible for maintaining systems and records as required. Duties will include key management, processing patients, staff and visitors, managing and responding to all emergency incidents including fire and intruder alarms The candidate will need to demonstrate good communication with clear verbal and written skills.You will also need to be flexible, reliable, and be able to work on a twelve hour shift pattern including nights. When undertaking the role of Bank Security Officer you must be able to show initiative in a customer focussed role whilst adhering to the policies and procedures that ensure a safe environment and compliance with secure standards. We are looking for experienced individuals who hold working knowledge of the security sector and who have worked within the security field for at least one year with a core focus on hospital security. The successful candidate will demonstrate a good up to date knowledge of working security systems.
