Role Description The Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Brigden, ON, responsible for leading projects from planning through execution and closeout. The role includes developing project plans and schedules, coordinating mechanical, electrical, and civil activities, and ensuring alignment of fabrication and field installation work. Day-to-day tasks involve managing budgets, monitoring progress, mitigating risks, and maintaining clear communication with clients, internal teams, and subcontractors. The Project Manager will oversee logistics for materials and equipment, support expediting of critical items, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements. This role also requires preparing status reports, facilitating project meetings, and driving continuous improvement in project delivery. Qualifications Strong project leadership capabilities, including Project Management skills and experience overseeing multi-discipline industrial projects. Proficiency in Expeditor and Expediting responsibilities to ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment, and documentation. Experience with Inspection activities to verify workmanship, quality standards, and adherence to specifications. Skills in Logistics Management to coordinate transportation, storage, and site delivery of tools, materials, and heavy equipment. Knowledge of mechanical, piping, or industrial construction environments; experience with high-pressure systems is an asset. Demonstrated commitment to safety, with familiarity in relevant regulations and safe work practices. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across disciplines and levels. Post-secondary education in engineering, construction management, or a related field, or equivalent combination of experience and training. Proficiency with project management software and standard office tools; ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
