Coordinate the multi-site implementation and operation of the PROVEM-PRO data bank and PREM survey, including data collection, quality, reporting, ethics submissions, and stakeholder communication. Support patient consent and interviews, maintain project documentation and survey tools, and contribute to progress reporting, knowledge translation, and project visibility.
