The Senior Lead, Vertical & Performance Solutions will work on projects and partnerships that will improve the competitiveness of the platform, execute and deliver these suites of solutions to our clients, and influence new products and features. This role will allow you to work with multiple leaders across teams, such as Product, Engineering, Sales, Analytics, and Operations in shaping the future of AdTech & MarTech. What You'll Be Doing: Lead incubation of 0->1 initiatives and program manage solution development and roadmap to drive user and revenue growth Research and analyze competitive and industry landscape, market trends, and key clients’ strategic data integrations, technology, and business processes to identify revenue growth, retention, and collaboration opportunities through ‘business problem discovery’ process Develop and manage a go-to-market strategy, manage new solutions through the commercialization funnel, and coordinate with go-to-market teams on launch activities Serve as a SME to our clients and internal stakeholders, and be able to effectively translate business and technical needs and challenges Translate roadmap elements into executable Tier 1 projects addressing identified gaps, working across Platform, Product, Partnerships, Engineering, Data Science, and Operations Communicate StackAdapt’s vision to senior decision-makers and influence their business and tech strategies Articulate business challenges and corresponding solutions to the ELT and achieve alignment on project design, prioritization, and resourcing Act as Engagement Lead to ensure project success by building, maintaining, and executing engagement plans and managing dependencies Establish a ‘Day 2’ framework for monitoring adoption, gathering and validating user feedback, and integrating new feature improvements Build, maintain, and grow relationships with ecosystem partners to enhance StackAdapt solutions across targeting, measurement, and other areas of innovation Represent StackAdapt's vision at industry events and meet with ecosystem partners to advance strategic and commercial relationships. What You'll Bring to the Table 8+ years of experience in: consulting, strategy & operations, product management, partnerships & alliances, and/or program management A proven track record of successfully managing strategic and operationally complex projects with cross-functional teams Impeccable business judgment, along with an inclination to formulate hypotheses, design tests, and use problem-solving techniques to evaluate solutions Proficiency with data analysis tools Strong verbal and written communication skills, comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and external audiences The compensation range listed for this role reflects the expected base salary for candidates located in the posting country based on a global rate. It is informed by market data and the approved budget for this position. StackAdapt maintains different compensation ranges for roles across other countries and regions, and final offers will be aligned to the candidate’s current location. We do not ask candidates about current or prior salary history, and we will not use such information, if volunteered, in setting an offer.This range represents base salary only. Depending on the role, candidates may also be eligible for additional compensation such as annual bonuses, commissions, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits package.Factors Influencing Final Compensation:The final compensation offer will be determined by a variety of factors, which may include, but are not limited to: the candidate's specific experience, technical skills, knowledge, abilities, and relevant education, licensure, and certifications.Other business factors, such as organizational needs and budget alignment, may also be considered in the final offer.
