Job details
StackAdapt is the leading technology company that empowers marketers to reach, engage, and convert audiences with precision. With 465 billion automated optimizations per second, the AI-powered StackAdapt Marketing Platform seamlessly connects brand and performance marketing to drive measurable results across the entire customer journey. The most forward-thinking marketers choose StackAdapt to orchestrate high-impact campaigns across programmatic advertising and marketing channels. We’re looking for a Senior Integrated Marketing Manager to shape how StackAdapt shows up for B2B and Retail/Commerce marketers. You’ll turn business priorities, revenue insights, and market opportunities into integrated campaigns that build market awareness, support Sales, and drive measurable pipeline impact. As a strategic connector across Marketing, Sales, Product Marketing, Content, Brand, and Revenue Enablement, you’ll bring structure and momentum to complex initiatives while strengthening StackAdapt’s position in high-priority verticals. You’ll help determine when to adapt existing campaigns for vertical audiences and when a dedicated program is needed. This is a senior individual contributor role for a highly organized, commercially minded marketer who can move seamlessly between strategy and execution, communicate confidently with senior stakeholders, and create alignment across teams. StackAdapt is a Remote First company and we're open to candidates anywhere in Canada. You'll sit on the Integrated Marketing team and run vertical work through the same campaign process as the rest of the team. You will report directly to the Director, Digital & Integrated Marketing. What You'll Be Doing: Own the integrated marketing roadmap for the B2B and Retail/Commerce verticals, aligning priorities to business goals, pipeline opportunities, market needs, and campaign calendars. Lead the vertical strategy for StackAdapt’s marquee brand campaigns, adapting what's already in market before recommending anything new. Build dedicated vertical programs when there's a real gap: guides, peak-season moments, webinars, and sponsorships. Own the vertical webinar program: goals, speakers, promotion and follow-up, with production run through to design, web and our webinar platform. Translate revenue insights, market trends, customer needs, and performance data into campaign strategies, messaging recommendations, and actionable marketing plans. Partner closely with vertical Sales directors and team leads, as well as Product Marketing, Content, Brand, Revenue Enablement, and other cross-functional teams, to align on priorities, ownership, timelines, and expected outcomes. Manage campaigns from strategy through execution and measurement, including project plans, stakeholder communication, performance analysis, and post-campaign recommendations. Establish a framework for measuring vertical marketing contribution, including pipeline influence, campaign engagement, and other relevant performance indicators. Set targets with vertical Sales and Marketing Ops, agree how they'll be measured, and report against them. Present roadmaps, recommendations, performance updates, and strategic insights to senior stakeholders. Build StackAdapt's reputation with retail and commerce marketers while supporting our B2B business and agency relationships. What You'll Bring to the Table 5+ years in integrated marketing, growth marketing, demand generation or vertical marketing. Experience running cross-functional, multi-channel campaigns from strategy through measurement. Strong business acumen and the ability to translate revenue goals, pipeline insights, and market opportunities into marketing plans. Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional campaigns from strategy through execution and measurement. Strong project management and organizational skills, with a track record of managing multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines. Experience partnering closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Content, Brand, Revenue Enablement, and other cross-functional teams. Clear communication and storytelling, including presenting roadmaps and results to senior leaders. Strong strategic judgment and storytelling skills, with the ability to shape compelling narratives for different audiences. Experience planning or supporting webinars, events, forums, or other virtual and in-person marketing programs. Familiarity with marketing automation, campaign management, analytics, and project management tools. A collaborative, team-oriented working style and the ability to build alignment across teams. Experience in B2B marketing, retail, commerce, advertising technology, or a related industry is an asset.
