Job summary

About the role We’re hiring a GTM & Growth Hacker who will work directly alongside our Head of Growth and our content & media team to drive user acquisition and purchase conversion for Stadium Vault. This is not a role for someone who waits to be told what to do. We need a relentless initiator with a first-principles mindset who can move from strategy to execution fast, testing every lever, owning every channel, and building the growth playbook from the ground up. You will be the engine behind how we grow Stadium Vault. Not just through paid ads, UGC pipelines, creator partnerships, community flywheels, and organic social, but through whatever other growth tactics and unconventional approaches you bring to the table. We don’t want someone who executes a standard playbook. We want someone who invents new ones. If it can bring in a user or convert a buyer, you’re already thinking about it. What you'll do Growth Strategy & Execution Partner with Head of Growth to develop and execute Stadium Vault’s multi-channel growth playbook grounded in data, experimentation & clear frameworks Identify and test new distribution channels, tactics, and creative approaches with clear hypotheses and fast cycles UGC & Creator-Led Growth Build and manage a structured UGC pipeline by recruiting creators, briefing content, and turning their output into high-performing paid and organic assets Identify, activate, and cultivate micro and mid-tier creators in the sports cards, TCG, and sports fandom space Develop repeatable creator programs that generate authentic, conversion-oriented content at scale Paid Acquisition Assist in planning, launching, and optimizing paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, and emerging platforms Collaborate with the content team to develop high-performing ad creative across static, video, and UGC-native formats Build a scalable paid infrastructure that supports rapid iteration without wasted spend Organic & Community Growth Design and execute organic growth strategies across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, and Reddit by leveraging trends, hooks, and timing Build community growth loops inside the product and across social channels that drive retention and referrals Partner with the content team to turn every drop, rip event, and leaderboard moment into a distribution opportunity Identify and activate community-native growth tactics like referral mechanics, ambassador programs, Discord and Reddit seeding, and more Other Growth Tactics: You Tell Us Beyond paid, UGC, and organic, we expect you to bring tactics we haven’t listed here. Think novel acquisition loops, partnership plays, platform-specific hacks, or community mechanics that are native to the collectibles space Leverage AI tools and emerging tech to move faster - whether that is creative production, research, or finding efficiencies Propose, test, and own at least one growth channel or tactic that doesn’t exist in our current playbook Stay ahead of where collectibles culture, sports fandom, and creator commerce are moving and turn those signals into early-mover growth advantages for Stadium Vault Analytics & Reporting Assist in monitoring growth metrics and reporting by setting clear KPIs, building dashboards, and communicating performance to leadership Maintain a rigorous testing culture with documented results, clear attribution, and actionable next steps What you'll get A seat at the table at a high-velocity startup with real revenue, real users, and a genuine shot at becoming the defining platform in gamified sports commerce Direct partnership with the Head of Growth and full visibility into company strategy and investor relationships Ownership over one of the most critical functions in the business at exactly the right moment Competitive compensation, equity, and the chance to build something that matters in a space you actually care about Who's this for This role is for someone who has lived inside a growth function and has the scars to prove it. You’ve run paid, built UGC programs, and figured out organic distribution without a massive budget. You’re a first-principles thinker who doesn’t need a playbook handed to you. You see growth opportunities everywhere, especially unconventional ones, and you move on them quickly. You’re deeply curious about sports cards, TCG culture, collectibles, or adjacent communities, not because it’s a job requirement, but because you genuinely find this world interesting. You understand that Stadium Vault sits at the intersection of fandom, commerce, and competition, and you have instincts for how to reach and convert that audience. Qualifications 3–6 years of experience in growth marketing, content strategy,or a closely related role at a consumer startup or high-growth product Proven track record driving measurable user acquisition and/or revenue growth. Driven organic distribution across platforms like IG, Tiktok, Youtube, or Reddit with a strong sense of what formats drive conversion Hands-on experience running paid campaigns on Meta and TikTok with a grasp of creative testing and attribution Experience building or managing UGC programs and creator partnerships at scale You’re comfortable with core acquisition metrics (CPI, CPC, ROAS), cohorted LTV:CAC analysis , and building dashboards in Looker, Mixpanel, or equivalent A genuine first-principles mindset: you question assumptions, build frameworks from scratch, and move fast Excellent written communication. You can brief a creator, write an ad, and write a strategy doc equally well Based in Toronto or able to work hybrid from our downtown Toronto office Nice to Have Experience in collectibles, sports cards, TCG, gaming, or adjacent fandoms, either professionally or as a hobbyist Experience with growth at a marketplace or two-sided commerce platform Familiarity with community-driven growth tactics: ambassador programs, Discord communities, Reddit, referral mechanics Experience with influencer marketing or creator economy platforms (Whatnot, Whatnot Ads, TikTok Shop, etc.) Prior experience at a startup with fewer than 30 people where you had to build from scratch How to Apply Note: Applications missing the required context will not be reviewed.
