The successful candidate will work alongside the marketing team on content, social media, market research, campaign coordination, and digital performance activities. This position is suited to a motivated individual who has a strong interest in digital marketing and is looking to develop professional experience within a structured, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Assist in the planning, execution, and coordination of digital marketing campaigns across multiple online channels. Develop and schedule engaging content for social media platforms in alignment with brand guidelines. Conduct market and competitor research to identify industry trends, audience preferences, and potential growth opportunities. Support SEO initiatives, including keyword research, content optimization, and website performance activities. Assist with the development and maintenance of website, blog, email, and other digital content. Monitor social media channels and assist with audience engagement and community management. Support email marketing activities, including campaign preparation, scheduling, and performance tracking. Track key digital marketing metrics and assist in preparing campaign performance reports. Analyze marketing data and provide insights to support improvements in campaign effectiveness. Maintain content calendars, campaign documentation, and marketing assets. Collaborate with team members to develop creative concepts and promotional campaigns. Stay informed about emerging digital marketing trends, platforms, tools, and best practices. Qualifications Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree, diploma, or certification in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Advertising, Media, or a related field. Strong understanding of fundamental digital marketing concepts and online communication channels. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Good understanding of social media platforms and digital content. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines effectively. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote environment. Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and communicate professionally. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with SEO and keyword research. Exposure to Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, or similar platforms. Experience with Canva or other digital content creation tools. Basic understanding of email marketing platforms and campaign analytics. Familiarity with content management systems such as WordPress is an advantage. Previous academic, freelance, volunteer, or personal project experience in digital marketing is a plus.
