Anywhere. We’re looking for a Production Manager to be the driving force behind our live events – the person who turns a client’s vision into a show that runs flawlessly. Sitting at the intersection of Sales and Operations and working hand in hand with our Production Coordinator, you’ll own your assigned events from first quote to final reconciliation: shaping the scope, planning the logistics, leading the crew on show day and closing out every detail after the lights go down. WHAT YOU'LL DO Pre-Production Partner with the Account Manager and Sales team to review Scope of Work, with a focus on job profitability and margin management Maintain accurate and complete project records in IntelliEvent, ensuring proposal data is properly categorized and reviewed with the Account Manager Attend site visits to gather technical and logistical requirements necessary for project planning Develop production drawings and floor plans, confirming accuracy of scale, rigging, and room logistics; coordinate amendments as needed Verify show site details including dock access, rigging points, riser configurations, room access, and fire marshal plan approval Be the central point of contact between the client, Sales and Operations, keeping information flowing smoothly through the Production Coordinator Respond to client inquiries as needed, gathering requirements and coordinating follow-up with the Account Manager Collaborate with the Production Coordinator to verify all ordered equipment is accurate and available Lead pre-production meetings with Show Leads prior to load-out Develop the show logistics plan in coordination with the Logistics Manager and Production Coordinator, including load sequences and transportation On-Site/Production Take the lead on site as the senior production authority when required, overseeing every technical and logistical element of the show Lead and direct all crew – both Stagevision staff and local labour – ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule and to standard Oversee technical production elements including system design integrity, signal flow, and equipment performance Monitor show-day timelines and proactively resolve scheduling, technical, or logistical issues as they arise Champion quality assurance across all production disciplines and departments Be a calm, professional and solution-oriented presence for clients on site Post-Show Confirm the accuracy of all billables prior to invoicing, including labour reconciliation and equipment usage Review overpacked gear for future show planning and inventory awareness Document show notes and lessons learned to support continuous improvement across the production team WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR 5+ years of progressive experience in live events, audiovisual production or event technology, including meaningful client-facing experience. Strong practical understanding of live-event production and audiovisual solutions, including scope, feasibility, equipment, labour, logistics and how technical decisions affect cost and execution. Post-secondary education is an asset; meaningful industry experience is valued equally. Requirements

Requires at least five years of progressive experience in live events, audiovisual production, or event technology, including client-facing work and practical knowledge of production scope, equipment, labour, logistics, and costs. Post-secondary education is an asset, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong organization and multitasking, attention to detail, and a proactive, team-oriented approach.
