As a key member of the Stampede Toyota team and reporting to the Sales Manager, the Product Advisor will work with the sales department, representing a world-class leader in the automotive industry. Stampede Toyota is seeking our next great team member to join our team as a full-time Product Advisor at our location in Calgary. Summary: Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Product Advisor delivers exceptional customer experiences, guides clients through the buying process, and drives results in a fast-paced automotive environment. Job Responsibilities: * Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences. * Guide customers through our diverse inventory to find the perfect vehicle that matches their lifestyle. * Conduct informative test drives and showcase vehicle features to highlight the benefits of each model. * Negotiate pricing and financing options to ensure customer satisfaction and a seamless buying process. * Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure their continued satisfaction and cultivate long-term relationships. * Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques to enhance your performance. Qualifications: * Proven success in automotive sales with a track record of exceeding sales targets. * Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. * Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. * Possess a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record. * AMVIC license Continuous Learning & Improvement: * We are committed to continuous learning and development.
