As a key member of the Lexus of Calgary team and reporting to the Sales Manager, the Service Drive Product Advisor serves as a bridge between the Sales and Service Departments, identifying vehicle upgrade and trade-in opportunities while delivering a luxury customer experience. This role focuses on engaging service customers, building relationships, and generating vehicle sales opportunities from the service drive. Lexus of Calgary is seeking our next great team member to join our team as a full-time Service Drive Product Advisor at our Calgary location. Major Responsibilities: * Greet and engage customers visiting the service department in a professional and welcoming manner. * Build strong relationships with service customers to understand their vehicle needs and identify upgrade, replacement, and trade-in opportunities. * Present new and pre-owned vehicles that align with customers' needs, and budgets. * Guide customers through the vehicle purchasing process, from vehicle selection to delivery. * Work closely with pre-owned sales manager to deliver live appraisal values. * Follow up with service customers regarding vehicle upgrade opportunities, and lease maturities. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and opportunities within the dealership CRM system. * Stay current on Lexus products, programs, incentives, and market trends. * Consistently deliver a customer service experience that reflects Lexus brand standards and dealership expectations Qualifications: * Previous automotive sales experience is preferred. * Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills. * Ability to identify sales opportunities and convert customer interest into appointments and vehicle sales. * Self-motivated with strong organizational and follow-up skills. * Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating across departments. * Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. * AMVIC license required or ability to obtain one. What you’ll do

Requirements

Requires a valid driver's license and an AMVIC license or the ability to obtain one. Previous automotive sales experience and strong communication skills are preferred.
