Senior Geotechnical Engineer

We are seeking a motivated Senior Geotechnical Engineer to join our Edmonton team and help deliver impactful projects in our community. The successful candidate will work closely with a local team of 30 geotechnical professionals based out of Edmonton, supported by a wider, regional team of over 200 geotechnical professionals. Please note, the final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. At Stantec certain roles are bonus eligible. Actual compensation for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on the agreed number of working hours per week. Manage and execute small to mid-sized geotechnical projects from proposal through completion, including planning, analysis, and reporting. Provide technical leadership by mentoring junior staff and ensuring high-quality deliverables while building strong client relationships.

Requires a minimum of a postgraduate degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering and at least 20 years of experience in geotechnical consulting. Candidates must possess a valid Canadian driver's license and the ability to live and work in Canada.
