Starling Community Services (formerly Lutherwood) is a progressive, not-for-profit that annually provides children's mental health, employment, and housing services to more than 16,000 people with diverse identities within Waterloo Region and Wellington County. The Housing Stability Worker provides case management support to help individuals access and maintain stable housing. They collaborate with community partners to implement a coordinated approach to ending chronic homelessness.

The supervisor will collaborate with community partners to design and implement therapeutic programs while overseeing staff performance. They are also responsible for supporting evidence-informed treatment approaches and fostering an equitable, inclusive environment for youth.

The cook is responsible for meeting the dietary and food service requirements of residents while providing guidance to food services staff. They also contribute to menu creation and ensure all food preparation adheres to safety and confidentiality standards.
