Whether you are preparing a brand-new Honda for delivery, revitalizing a pre-owned vehicle, or supporting our sales and service teams, your work directly contributes to customer satisfaction and dealership success. What You'll Be Doing * Thoroughly clean, detail, polish, and protect vehicle interiors and exteriors * Prepare new and pre-owned vehicles to showroom and delivery standards * Apply interior and exterior protection products correctly and professionally * Buff and polish vehicles when required * Inspect vehicles and report any imperfections or damage to management * Maintain presentation standards across dealership inventory * Park and organize vehicles safely within dealership and delivery areas * Support vehicle deliveries by ensuring every vehicle is customer-ready * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment * Work closely with sales and service teams to meet customer expectations What You Bring * Previous automotive detailing experience is considered an asset * Passion for vehicles and attention to detail * Ability to work independently while maintaining high-quality standards * Strong time-management and organizational skills * Positive attitude and team-first mentality * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dealership environment * Valid driver's license with a clean driving abstract * Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles is considered an asset Why Join Colonial Honda?
