Located at 9 Kiwanis Street, St. John's, NL A1B 0A2 and reporting to Steele Mazda St. John's As Steele Mazda St. John’s Lead Automotive Detailer, you will go far beyond basic cleaning. You will bring vehicles back to life. You will be trusted to work independently, take ownership of your results, and continuously raise standards across the team. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Perform advanced detailing, from buffing to paint correction, restoring and refining vehicle finishes to a true showroom standard * Inspect and report any imperfections on new and incoming vehicles promptly, ensuring quality is never compromised * Apply interior and exterior products, using the correct techniques to achieve elevated results * Polish and refine surfaces as needed, with a focus on precision and long-lasting finish quality * Prepare both new and reconditioning (recon) vehicles to an exceptional standard * Safely manage vehicle flow, including proper parking and staging across the lot and delivery areas * Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace This is not a standard detailing position, it is a unique opportunity for an elevated detailer who takes pride in craftsmanship, thrives on precision, and is driven to set a higher benchmark in vehicle presentation.
