You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the dealership lot and maintaining a positive customer experience. Your responsibilities will include organizing and moving vehicles, maintaining the appearance of the lot, assisting with vehicle deliveries, and supporting the sales and service teams as needed. You will interact with customers and staff, help keep inventory organized, and ensure vehicles are clean, presentable, and ready for display or pickup. How you will make an impact: * Organize and maintain vehicle displays on the lot, keeping the area clean, safe, and visually appealing * Perform regular lot maintenance to ensure a smooth and professional environment * Park vehicles properly in designated areas, including the lot and delivery zones * Inspect new vehicle arrivals and report any issues to management promptly * Clean, polish, wax, and buff vehicles to maintain a showroom-quality appearance * Restore and maintain vehicle interiors, including upholstery, carpets, and other components What drives your success: * Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles. * Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. * Experience in a dealership is great, but if not, don’t worry just bring your positive attitude! * A hands-on, problem-solving attitude - you're ready to jump in, tackle challenges, and keep things moving Please note that this role is not eligible for Immigration Assistance due to the specific National Occupational Classifications (NOC) requirements.
