One project might involve bringing a classic vehicle back to life with a modern drivetrain. The next could be a complete custom build featuring a handcrafted exhaust system, upgraded suspension, custom wiring, and performance modifications. Every finished build leaves the shop as something truly unique. You'll play a hands-on role in transforming ideas into reality. From fabrication and welding to electrical upgrades and performance enhancements, your craftsmanship will be visible in every detail of the finished product. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Mechanical Systems: Install, upgrade using high performance parts to include custom fuel and brake lines, braking and steering systems, carburation and fuel injection systems, installation of super charger systems. * Suspension and Drivetrain: Upgrade and modify front and rear suspension components, assembly and installation of custom aftermarket chassis, modern transmission upgrades. * Electrical: Installation of custom aftermarket wiring harnesses, power window upgrades, vintage air conditioning upgrades, gauge clusters, sound systems. * Fabrication and Assembly: Cut, fit, and weld custom metal components, build complete stainless steel exhaust systems, chassis, and sheet metal modifications. * Problem solving: Diagnose complex mechanical or fitment issues on one-off custom builds. Requirements: * Technical Abilities: Proficiency in metal fabrication, TIG/MIG welding, ability to read blueprints or wiring diagrams. * Experience: Formal training in automotive technology, fabrication, at least two years of hands-on experience. * Tools: Must have a personal set of standard tools for the job. * Soft Skills: High level of attention to detail, must have patience for custom fabrication, and a collaborative mindset for working with your teammates. * collaborative mindset for working with your teammates.
