As a Parts Advisor at County Mazda, you will be the go-to resource for customers, technicians, and suppliers seeking automotive parts solutions. In this role, you will identify and source parts, process orders, manage inventory, and provide knowledgeable recommendations to ensure every customer receives the right part at the right time. Your attention to detail and commitment to service excellence will help drive the success of the parts department and support the overall dealership experience. Hourly Wage Range: $19.20 - $22.05 What you will do * Maintain a close working relationship with parts counter staff and parts management in order to ratify any discrepancies * Ordering and receiving parts with accuracy * Communicating with customers, technicians, suppliers * Answering phone calls and respond to queries about parts in a prompt and courteous manner * Conduct regular inventory counts/checks * Providing advice to the customers to fulfill their needs Requirements * Previous automotive experience would be considered an asset, but not required * Excellent customer service skills and a professional telephone manner * Fluency with Microsoft Office software * A positive attitude and excellent work ethic * An eagerness to learn and strong attention to detail Why You'll Love Working with Steele Auto Group: At Steele Auto Group, you’re not just joining a company; you’re joining a community where you’ll be empowered to exceed expectations and develop your full potential.
