Inspect manufactured and tested tool assemblies, verify welds, test results, markings, and product photographs against procedures and acceptance criteria. Initiate quality holds and nonconformance reports, ensure discrepancies are resolved before shipment, and support product release and shipping activities.

Perform first-off, in-process, and final inspections, including verifying machined-part dimensions with precision measuring instruments and conducting first article inspections.
